What u have seen in the technopark website is the total layout of Phase III which is coming up in 92 acres.
What i posted here is the development coming up in one portion of the land(24.72 acres).These 8 blocks are coming up in 24.72 acres out of the 92 acres.38.10 acres will be given to private parties iin BOT basis.
